OUTCOME
Use RAQOZ to record what actually arrived, including partial and rejected quantities, without changing the commercial order.

Before you begin

  • An active membership in the intended organisation.
  • The role described in this article, or administrator access for review.

Guidance

  1. 1

Open the relevant issued purchase order before recording delivery.

  2. 2

Record accepted and rejected quantities against the correct lines and delivery event.

  3. 3

Attach or reference supporting delivery evidence required by policy.

  4. 4

Leave unresolved shortages or damage visible for procurement and finance.

Evidence RAQOZ retains

  • Goods receipt record
  • Accepted and rejected quantities
  • Receipt attachments and timestamps

Common issues

A screen or action is missing.

Check the active organisation, assigned role and record-specific assignment. Navigation is role-filtered, but the server-side permission check is the security boundary.

A person needs broader access for one task.

Use the narrowest supported role or governed exception. Do not share accounts or leave elevated access in place.
