Cyclotron Technologies operates RAQOZ. This notice explains how account, supplier, procurement and public-site data is handled.
Account identity and role; organisation and supplier master data; procurement records, documents and audit events; support communications; security logs; and consented public-site analytics. Payment-state records may contain external references, but RAQOZ does not require online-banking passwords or OTPs.
To provide and secure the service, enforce permissions, retain an auditable procurement record, support customers and suppliers, meet contractual or legal duties, and improve public journeys when analytics consent is granted.
Data is shared only with authorised users, invited counterparties, contracted infrastructure and communication providers, professional advisers, or authorities where legally required. Cross-border processing is governed through provider and contractual safeguards.
Organisation administrators control business records subject to contractual, legal, audit and backup retention. Individuals may request access or correction through their organisation or Cyclotron Technologies. Security reports and privacy requests may be sent to cyclotrontechnologies@gmail.com.
